Who: Gulp Archive is operated by m8uwantcocoa in Sweden. We are the (Data Controller).
What: We collect your email (for auth), username (for the feed), and profile picture (for the vibe). We do NOT sell this to anyone.
Why: We process this data solely to provide the Gulp service (Contractual Necessity), we retain your data only as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal data is purged from our active records
Where: Data is stored securely in Supabase (Frankfurt, EU Region).
Rights: You have the right to access, edit, or delete your data. To vanish your account, contact us at gulparchive@delete.com.
02. Terms of Service
Medical Disclaimer: Gulp is for entertainment. We are not doctors. Energy drinks are high in caffeine; drink responsibly. Don't do anything stupid because of a review.
Your Content: You own your shouts and reviews, but by posting, you give Gulp a worldwide license to display them on the Archive.
Termination: If you are a bot, a spammer, or a jerk, we reserve the right to kick you out of the Archive without notice.
